Juicing: Day 2. Kale, spinach, banana, and kiwi…maybe some ginger thrown in for kicks (I didn’t make this juice - the bf did) but it’s super delish and goes down easy. Body is feeling pretty good - enough energy to get through the day but not enough energy for an intense work out at the gym. In fact, I can probably take a long nap at this very moment due to my lack of caffeine (and a bit of a headache from not having any today!) Need to remember to listen to my body. People say the first three days are the toughest. OK…day two…LET’S GO.
